How can I make Reservations to stay at The Enzian Inn?

Our website does not show room availability or provide access for our guests to make on-line reservations.

How early can you make reservations at The Enzian Inn?
We begin taking reservations on the 1st day of the month for that same month of the following year.

Example:
To make reservations for the month of January 2010, call January 1, 2009 at 7:00 am. For the month of February 2010 call February 1, 2009 at 7:00 am. Etc.

When can you make reservations for Christmas Lighting Festival Weekends?
Because of the overwhelming popularity of Leavenworth’s Christmas Lighting Festival and the resulting demand for reservations on those weekends, we have a “Christmas Lighting Festival Card” to reward our frequent guests.

To make a reservation for either the 1st or 2nd weekend of the Christmas Lighting Festival, a guest must have a valid Christmas Lighting Festival Card. Guests must have stayed three non Christmas Lighting Festival nights at teh Enzian within a 12 month period to complete their festival card. Once the Card is valid, a cardholder may reserve up to three rooms for either the 1st or 2nd weekend of the Christmas Lighting Festival subject to the availability when the card is completed if making the reservation for the current year. If a guest wishes to make reservations for Christmas Lighting for the following year, reservations begin December 1st at 7:00 am, the current year, for that following year. Festival Cards do not expire.

Festival Cards are available at the Front Desk. Upon checkout, obtain new or present your Festival Card to the Front Desk clerk. The clerk will initial and date your card for each night of the current stay. Clerks are not authorized to initial Cards for previous stays. A Festival Card is valid when it has been initialed for three nights within a 12-month period.


The 3rd weekend of Leavenworth’s Christmas Lighting Festival does not require a Festival Card and is open for reservations on December 1st at 7 A.M. for the following December.

Do you require two night minimum stays?
A Friday/Saturday two night minimum stay is only required during the following festivals:
Autumn Leaf Festival, Oktoberfest, and Christmas Lighting Festival.

Do you maintain a waitlist?
Sorry, due to overwhelming demand, we are not able to maintain a waitlist. Please call back to check for availabity.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
The Enzian Inn has various cancellation periods dependent on many factors. Please inquire when making your reservation about your specific cancellation policy.

How far are you from downtown shops and activities?
The Enzian is located on Hwy 2, 1/2 block from Downtown Leavenworth Shops and Activities.

Do you allow pets?
The Enzian is a pet free facility. We advise you go to leavenworth.org which is the Leavenworth Chamber of Commerce website. Click on “accommodations” there is a link to “Pet Friendly” hotels.

Do you have a restaurant and/or lounge?
Our restaurant serves a full buffet breakfast for guests staying at the Enzian. Lunch and Dinner service is not offered. Leavenworth has many fine dining options, we maintain a current directory of menus, inquire at Front Desk. We do not have a lounge.

Do you have roll-a-ways?
Instead of a roll-a-way for extra guests in the room, we offer a 3-inch thick pad for the floor. The pad is no extra charge, however for every guest 6 years old and over, there is an additional $10.00 charge.

Do you have cribs?
Yes, we do provide cribs at no extra charge. Please ask for a crib when making your reservation.

When is check in/check out time?
Check in begins at 4 P.M. and check out is at 11:00 A.M. If your room is ready prior to 4 P.M. we are happy to check you.

Should your room not be ready and you wish to use the facilities (golf, ski equipment, swimming pool, etc.) you may do so.

How long does it take to get from Seattle to Leavenworth?
Approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes.
